How do I redeem my bonus tokens?
If you’re a VIP member, you can have a Lucky Puppy team member look up your account using your name, phone number, or email address. Alternatively, you can pull up your virtual VIP member card on your phone and show it to a team member to simplify the process. We will then add bonus tokens to any package you purchase. This process must be completed at the front counter as our self-serve token machines can not look up your VIP account.
