This place is amazing! The owners are so sweet and welcoming! This was my 2nd visit and I was surprised that she actually recognized me from a few days ago when I stopped by. I was able to fill my bag with so many plushies and got to trade them in for a bigger one that I really wanted. They will shuffle/fluff up the machines if the plushies look too packed in and you can trade the plushies you win from a machine for a different plushie in the same machine. They’re very accommodating. They have a VIP membership that I’ve signed up from my first visit and I will be coming back again to have some fun!

I like taking my kids to arcades especially claw arcades. We were excited to know there was one opening next to our go to Yogurtland spot on 215/Flamingo!!

This place is amazing! Not only did my kids enjoy, but me and my husband too! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the staff and who I think made our experience way way more fun! They were so friendly, funny, helpful, and we felt like we were part of their family! Prizes in each machine are awesome, my girls were excited to try them all and they were able to trade some for some bigger upgrades. Will definitely be taking my family here more often, not only was it fun but the staff themselves is what made the experience better. My girls are very shy, but with the business owners and staff they were having fun. We felt safe in there. And another thing I’d like to add, there was a little boy who was unattended trying to open the door and the parents were getting some tokens and didn’t notice. Before I can even get their attention, the staff was already notifying the parents and another staff member standing by to make sure the little boy didn’t walk out of the store. Customer service is beyond measures! We love it!

Such an awesome place! The owners welcome you with smiles and a big, clear drawstring bag so you have a place to put the stuffies you win, and you can actually win a lot of them because the machines aren’t rigged! My kids had a blast and filled their bag and were all smiles after the experience. Highly recommend this spot for fun for the whole family!

The location of Lucky Puppy is clean, safe, and ideal for families, conveniently situated next to Yogurtland and the Toasted Brunch restaurant. I was immediately greeted by friendly staff members, they seemed fun-loving and even offered a complimentary token in exchange for showcasing dance moves. The atmosphere is inviting, bright, and adorable. There’s an abundance of claw machines, including smaller ones that are particularly easy for younger kids to win. I appreciate the inclusive approach, catering to individuals of all ages. Their plush toys are consistently restocked and fluffed up for effortless victories. There’s a cute photo op where one can pose as if inside an actual claw machine. Overall, I rate this place 5 stars and highly recommend it to family and friends for a fun and quality weekend experience.
