How do I redeem my monthly tokens?
If you’re a VIP member, you can have a Lucky Puppy team member look up your account using your name, phone number, or email address. Alternatively, you can pull up your virtual VIP member card on your phone and show it to a team member to simplify the process. Let us know how many tokens you’d like to redeem on that visit and once redeemed, will be deducted from your balance.
