Prefer to supply or apply your own temporary graphics? We can remove all Lucky Puppy logos and swap in a clean blank white template so your team can customize it easily on-site.

Lucky Puppy is quickly becoming the #1 trusted source for claw machine rentals in the Las Vegas area.
Our claw machines have been rented for parties, events, and fundraisers. We take care of all transportation and provide a hassle-free experience. Nearly every customer tells us the claw machine was the hit of the party! (Looking for a party package at our venue instead? We offer in-house party packages with way more machines!)
Renting a claw machine for the first time can feel overwhelming, but Lucky Puppy Arcade makes it easy and fun! From drop off to pick up, we handle all the details.
Can the difficulty level (grip strength / win rate) be adjusted?
Yes, we will adjust the machine in advance (prior to delivery) to your desired win rate. If it’s off target after testing, we will send instructions (and a tutorial video) on how to adjust the grip strength settings.
What does the claw machine require for set up? Does it require a high power electrical outlet or special attachments?
You can simply plug our machines into any standard 110V outlet. Nothing special is required.
Can I use my own prizes to fill the claw machine?
Of course! We provide a key, and prizes can be refilled at any time using plushies we provide, your own prizes, or capsule balls.
Are there any restrictions to what the claw can grab?
Yes, it can’t grab anything over 1 lb or anything too flat or bulky. You’ll want to stay under 10 inches on the largest side and over 4 inches on the smallest side. If using capsule balls, we recommend 12 cm diameter.
Can I customize the claw machine rental for my trade show or event?
Yes, this is our specialty. We order designs directly from our manufacturer and swap out all parts/graphics so it’s as if you ordered a fully custom claw machine. We send a design spec sheet and request a 30-day lead time.
What happens if there’s an issue during the event?
We text you when the machine is out for delivery. Feel free to call or text that same number for support. If there are mechanical issues, we either walk you through fixing it or come out to repair it on demand.
