CLAW MACHINES

How many claw machines do you have at your location?

Lucky Puppy Claw Arcade hosts 26 regular size claw machines, four (four player) mini claw machines, and nine Gashapon machines.

How many tokens do your claw machines take?

Most claw machines and all Gashapon machines take one token. We have two claw machines with larger claws and bigger prizes that take two tokens each.

Do you rent out your claw machines?

Yes! Lucky Puppy claw machine rentals are coming soon! We will update this with more details when the time is right.

Do you sell your claw machines?

Yes! You can buy your very own Lucky Puppy branded claw machine in the very near future! We will update this with more details when the time is right.

Are your claw machines rigged like other claw places I’ve tried?

In full transparency, claw machines do indeed have settings to make them easier or more difficult based on claw strength. It's also true that regardless, you can win if you get a good grab. That being said, we'd consider our machines to be more "loose" (easier) than most claw establishments. Our claw machines all have three prongs rather than two or four. In most cases, three-pronged claw machines are optimal. All of our machines have anti-skids (rubber grips) on all three claw prongs as well. Our employees are also trained to "help" (fluff the machine) if a customer is struggling to win. We even have a wheel to spin where everyone is a winner if you come away empty-handed. Our goal is for every customer to have fun and walk away with an amazing experience. Losing isn't exactly a fun experience, so we try everything we can to help while still trying to keep the lights on. Please read our disclaimer for more information.

Do you offer parties or party packages?

Yes, we are planning on offering both, but not yet. We will update this with more details when the time is right.

Do you have other gaming machines?

We offer a large selection of various claw machines with different-sized claws. We also offer some Gashapon machines where you're a winner every time. We may add different types of machines in the future but at this time it's only claw and Gashapon machines.

How do I join your team?

Do you sell food / snacks?

We will offer pre-packaged exotic Asian snacks soon. We don't sell food directly, but we have quite a few neighboring establishments that do!

PLUSHIES

Can I bring back my plushies for upgrades?

Sorry, once a plushie leaves the arcade, they are no longer upgradable.

What are my upgrade options?

Our upgrade options start from small (10 - 14 inches) and go all the way up to extra large (31 inches plus). To see our full upgrade chart please proceed to our upgrade your plushies page.

Can I upgrade the mini plushies in the mini claw machines?

Sorry, mini plushies aren't a part of our upgrade program.

How can I find out about new plushies in stock?

Feel free to join our newsletter to find out when hot new plushies arrive or follow us on socials where we will periodically feature our plushie selection.

How do I get a Boots plushie?

The branded Lucky Puppy Boots plushie can only be obtained by ordering a VIP Membership or winning one through our social media give-a-ways.

VIP MEMBERS

What is a VIP Membership and what does it do?

Our Very Important Puppy program is a monthly subscription that gives you access to a ton of perks! Please see the full list of benefits on the Lucky Puppy VIP Member page. You can register online and manage your account or cancel easily with a click of a button.

How do I redeem my monthly tokens?

If you're a VIP member, you can have a Lucky Puppy team member look up your account using your name, phone number, or email address. Alternatively, you can pull up your virtual VIP member card on your phone and show it to a team member to simplify the process. Let us know how many tokens you'd like to redeem on that visit and once redeemed, will be deducted from your balance.

How do I redeem my bonus tokens?

If you're a VIP member, you can have a Lucky Puppy team member look up your account using your name, phone number, or email address. Alternatively, you can pull up your virtual VIP member card on your phone and show it to a team member to simplify the process. We will then add bonus tokens to any package you purchase. This process must be completed at the front counter as our self-serve token machines can not look up your VIP account.

How do I redeem my Boots plushie and branded token cup?

If you register in-store, you will be given a Boots plushie and branded token cup immediately. If you register online, we can look up your account and once redeemed, a team member will mark your account.

How do I cancel?

We at Lucky Puppy believe canceling a subscription should be easy...so that's what we did. Simply log in to your account, go to your subscription page, and press the cancel button. You can also re-press that same button to resubscribe if you canceled by accident. Easy peasy.
